A very spectacular and monumental  bronzed white metal big striking so-called 8-day swinger on griotte marble circular base.

These imposing clocks were very much in demand during the great exhibition in Paris late 19th century.

The high quality imposing clock with a romantic scene of a beautiful winged (angel) lady with her child .The realistic patinated clock with the woman holding in her hand.

The clock movement built in the globe shows the number of the hours on one side of the globe. The complicated cross steel blade suspension swings the whole grid pendulum from left to right .
