A rare and beautiful high quality acajou moucheté (fiddleback) mahogany French precision table regulator of eight days duration, half seconds beating heavy ( 1 kg ) grid iron pendulum with knife edge suspension,
pin wheel escapement set on the back plate.
The enamel dial with centre sweep seconds and inner concentric date, signed: Gerard à Paris Rue du Coq St. Honoré. Half-and hour striking on a bell.
In original and very good running condition.
