Two famille rose bowls with locust decoration, Guangxu Period

Two thinly potted porcelain bowls with rounded sides on a small, straight footrim and with a slightly everted mouthrim. The bowls are decorated with a design of locust amidst a floral-and-leaf spray. The design is executed in colored enamels, which are painted with a lot of detail.
