gilt dial with engine turned centre, Roman numerals and Breguet hands, below the visible balance with paste set glass stones, 1-day movement signed Lorenz Engelbrecht, mother-of-pearl veneered case with gilt brass mounts and handle on ball feet, labeled below ; Kgl Marienburg Haupt-Inventar, Inv. No. 745/76. The castle of Marienburg near Hannover Germany belongs to the family of Hanover to which belonged George I, II and III of England.
