Gagosian Gallery: Damien Hirst – The Complete Spot Challenge
11 January '12 by the editors | Source: hypebeast.com
The ever popular and equally enigmatic artist Damien Hirst has kicked off The Complete Spot Challenge.
Titled after his popular collection of Spot Paintings, Hirst challenges the cultured jetsetter to collect stamps on a Spot Challenge card from each of eleven Gagosian Galleries in major cities around the world: London, New York, Paris, Rome, Hong Kong, Athens, Geneva and Beverly Hills.
Spot prints personalized by Hirst are up for grabs for the winners, and as his pieces are heavily sought-after, lucky globetrotters have an additional incentive with what he compares to “the golden tickets in Willy Wonka.” Register in person at a Gagosian Gallery or online at The Complete Spot Challenge.
