AJ Groenewegen 1874 - 1963 Holland The artist Adrianus Johannes Groenewegen is considered one of the last painters of the Hague School. He was a pupil of the Academy of BK Rotterdam. He mainly painted landscapes typical of Holland, usually with figures and cattle. Groenewegen is well known for his watercolors painted in bright colors with cattle, which gradually increasingly found abroad deduction.
