Jan Morsink Ikonen is one of the leading dealers in Russian and Greek icons, well known to private collectors, museum curators and dealers worldwide. This internationally renowned company specialises in the purchase and sale of rare and important Greek and Russian icons from the 15th to the 19th century. Icons from the celebrated workshops of Moscow, Novgorod, Pskov, Palech and the isle of Crete form a permanent part of the Morsink collection. The firm is based in a 17th-century canal house on Keizersgracht 454 in the heart of Amsterdam. Jan Morsink Ikonen exhibits at major art fairs, such as TEFAF Maastricht and PAN Amsterdam, and publishes on a regular base.
