This timepiece shows the technical inventions and developments of the 19th Century. Timepiece with an eight day movement flanked by a barometer on the right and a thermometer above the clock. The flywheel and the piston are driven by an independent movement. A.R. Guilmet was a fanatical inventor of mystery and industrial clocks. He was a horologer in Paris, first working at Rue du Faubourg-Saint Martin and later on at Boulevard Sébastopol. HxWxD 38x33x12,5 cm.
