A vibrant coloured Japanese Imari dish from the collection of the Augustus the Strong, Elector of Saxony and King of Poland (1670 - 1733). Centrally depicting encircled branches of blossoming flowers by three cartouches divided by more flowers. The base is marked with the inventory number N: 26. +.The symbol + was to denote Japanese porcelain in the inventories.
