Ovoide body with a decoration in an oval shaped cartouche and the text: *"Het Wapen van Zeeland"* (coat of arms of Dutch province Zeeland).
Sailing ships in the background and goods for trade amongst which tobaccoleafs. Central is the coat of arms of zeeland with the device: "Luctor et emergo" ("I struggle and arise.").
