8-day movement with half hour striking, fine bronze and ormolu case.
The 8-cm enamel dial has Roman numerals and blued steel Breguet hands.
The movement is driven by two spring barrels and has a duration of eight days. It is being regulated by anchor escapement in combination with a silk suspended pendulum. The clock strikes the full and half hours on a bell by means of countwheel striking.
The movement is mounted in a barrel in which coffee beans are poored by a patinated bronzen ‘bon sauvage’ bean picker. On the other side of the barrel is a palm tree. All mounted on a octagonal ormolu base with bee mounts on the sides. The central mount depicting a scene with workers busy with the harvest.
