The silver on this little clock is marked for 1906 and the London silversmiths William Comyns & Sons Ltd. The firm was established in 1859 and was one of England's most successful and sought-after silversmiths, creating more than 30,000 different silver objects, including all the coronets for Queen Victoria's coronation.
