Flirty Chloé summer dress from the Resort 2008 Collection (look 9). Paulo Melim Andersson's first resort collection for Chloé popped with paint-splash prints, neon color, and swirling, trippy embroideries. Dresses were flirty and way above the knee. A piece of art of the french Couture house.
