Cornelius Adolf Herman Paradies Rotterdam Schiedam 1883-1966 Impressionist painter of cityscapes. After moving in 1940 to Schiedam, he chose mostly old parts of the city as subject for his paintings. Born in Rotterdam, in this city lived and worked until 1940, then in Schiedam. Painted, taught watercolor and drawing cityscapes, including old parts of Schiedam. He died in daze place on January 22, 1966. He was a member of the Schiedam Artists Community S45.
