M. Lauweriks, silver shell-shaped dish, executed by Frans Zwollo sr., at the Hagener Silberschmieden, ca. 1914. This work was exhibited in the famous exhibition of the 'Deutscher Werkbund' in 1914 in Cologne, where Hagen got its own room . Osthaus was acting board member for this exhibition. More recently there have been exhibitions about the work of Frans Zollo Sr. (1872-1945) and his time, at the Boymans-van Beuningen in Rotterdam 2009, Gemeentemuseum Arnhem 2009 and Karl Heinz Osthaus Museum, Hagen in 2010.
