Russian Antique Salon, leading biannual antique fair in Russia since 1996, will take its anniversary XXX edition on 16th -24th of April 2011 in Moscow at the Central House of Artists.
Twice a year over 200 galleries bring their collections to the attention of more than 30000 visitors - old masters paintings and jewelry, icons, imperial and soviet porcelain, paintings of Russian school of realism and eastern bronze. Huge offer and high-quality exhibits get together established collectors, connoisseurs, art lovers, experts. Last year XXIX Russian Antique Salon exhibited more than 500000 works of art on 7000 sq m. Russian Antique Salon is main expert of national antique art. Russian avant-garde, icons, soviet art heritage became international antique brands. This trend was created by Russian collectors purchasing works of Russian artists at home and abroad. According to experts, new potentialities in Russian antique market will appear with Russia joining WTO.
