“Het Armeensch Tapijtenmagazijn N. Vrouyr” was founded in The Hague in 1917 and moved to Antwerp in 1920. This is the oldest shop in Belgium specialising exclusively in oriental and tribal carpets and textiles of various origins with a wide range of carpets and decorative rugs, some of which are antique, or semi-antique. The gallery has its own, newly-equipped workshop for cleaning and restoration, carried out using wools imported from the country of origin.
