5-cm enamel dial with Arabic numerals signed for the retailer Chs Grottendieck Bruxelles, blued steel pear-shaped hands, spring-driven identically signed movement with platform anchor escapement of 8-day duration, rare 10 minute striking with 5 blows on a gong for doctor consult, lever for strike/silent on top of the gilt brass Corniche case inset with beveled glass panels, signed on the bottom Ed Chartier Paris.
