Description
This type of cabinet is typically Dutch and was most likely inspired by the table cabinet standing on an open base. This particular cabinet dates from about 1730-1740 as it still has the symmetrical carving at the top of the cabinet, but also an organ curved base which indicates the influences of the Rococo starting. The interior consists of two small shelves and two larger ones with drawers underneath. The base with two smaller drawers and one large drawer spanning the width of the cabinet.
