9.5-cm enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals and Breguet hands, engine turned centre signed Bontems à Paris, 8-day spring driven movement with anchor escapement, countwheel half hour striking on a bell and silk suspended pendulum, fiely cast and chiseled ormolu case surmounted by a music stand and flanked by man with a flute and a lady with a citar, throughout adorned with finely pierced foliate mounts, classical and foliate mounts on the rectangular base raised on bun feet.
An attractive clock with its amusing subject and the original gilding of very good quality.
