Roles
Artlistings processes personal and account-related data for operation of the platform, security, communication, analytics, support, and compliance.
Sellers receive buyer, lead, offer, and order-related information for their own commercial handling and are themselves responsible for their own follow-up processing in that role.

Third-Party Tools And Integrations
ArtListings may use third-party tools and integrations for analytics, measurement, security, bot detection, captcha, consent management, advertising, communication, support, infrastructure, feeds, or similar operational purposes.
This may include tools such as Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA, as well as equivalent or replacement services from other providers.
ArtListings may add, remove, replace, suspend, or modify such tools and integrations at any time in line with platform needs, legal requirements, or product changes.
Where legally required, non-essential tracking or analytics tools should be subject to the relevant consent flow.
Login Links And 2FA
ArtListings may use email addresses to send one-time login links.
ArtListings may also use email addresses to send one-time verification codes for backend 2FA.
ArtListings may log request, send, delivery, open, usage, validation, failed attempts, expiry, and related audit data for security and abuse prevention.
Google Analytics And reCAPTCHA
ArtListings may use Google Analytics or similar analytics services to measure traffic, page usage, feature usage, and product performance.
ArtListings may use Google reCAPTCHA or similar security services to detect bots, abuse, or suspicious interactions and to protect forms, login flows, or other platform surfaces.
Use of such third-party services may involve collection or processing of technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, interaction data, security signals, and related metadata by or with the relevant provider.
Messaging, Offers, And Seller Routing
Message content and offer content may be processed to deliver messaging functionality.
Buyer data may be passed to the relevant seller for order handling, communication, and legal follow-up.
Seller offers, including custom artwork prices and custom shipping prices, may be processed to support order and checkout flows.
Seller-provided shipping terms, buyer terms, delivery conditions, and return instructions may be processed, stored, and displayed to support listing, storefront, account, messaging, and checkout flows.
Complaint, dispute, chargeback, legal-notice, and claim-related information may be passed to the relevant seller for handling, response, defence, compliance, or follow-up.
External Channel Distribution
Listing data, seller names, artwork information, images, prices, and related listing content may be processed, formatted, and shared for distribution to Google Shopping and other external discovery, advertising, or commerce channels.
Such distribution may be used to promote listings, increase visibility, generate traffic, or support feed and advertising integrations.

ArtListings may log:

visitor keys
viewed artworks
account actions
usage events
AI usage events
backend usage data
seller response times and response rates
ratings, complaints, cancellations, and similar performance signals
This may be used for analytics, seller statistics, product improvement, ranking, seller insights, public or private trust signals, moderation, security, fair use enforcement, fraud prevention, and usage-based charging.
Automatic Translations And AI
ArtListings may offer automatic translations and AI-assisted features.
These are assistive tools only.
ArtListings does not guarantee their accuracy.

Backups And Recovery
Data may be included in backups and restore processes for continuity, security, and disaster recovery.
Backup and restore processes do not guarantee that all data will always remain complete, current, or fully recoverable.

ArtListings applies reasonable technical and organizational measures.
Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtListings is not liable for hacking, malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or related security incidents.

Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for their own lawful handling of buyer, lead, and order data once shared with them for their own commercial processing.
