Description

The cabinet is carved with a corniche depicting the hunt at the front, the sides are carved with acanthus leaves. Both panelled doors have putti on a cartouche after Vredeman de Vries.  The side panels are carved with motifs and veneered with ebony. The drawer is carved with acanthus leuves marked by three lion heads. These cabinets were most likely a craftsman's masterpiece.
