10-cm enamel dial with Roman numerals signed à Paris and engraved gilt bronze hands, 8-day spring driven movement with anchor escapement and silk suspended pendulum, countwheel half hour striking on a bell, white marble case with fine ormolu mounts surmounted by a urn with flowers, flanked by two 'bon sauvages' on griotte rouge bases probably symbolising trade, stepped plinth with high relief raised on turned feet.
