The eight day movement with anchor escapement, silk thread suspension, striking on the hour and half hours with outside count wheel. The rectangular base decorated with a charming frieze with romantic motifs. The rich, well dressed Arab rider sits astride a ceremonially decorated mule with an engraved breastplate.
