Description

16-cm engraved chapter ring with Roman numerals and foliate engraved centre signed ROUELLE A PARIS, engraved alarm disc with Arabic numerals and well shaped single hour hand, brass posted 30-hour weight driven movement with verge escapement and silk suspended pendulum, half hour countwheel striking and alarm on a large bell surmounted by an urn finial, finely engraved foliate pierced front fret, plain frets and doors to the sides, the whole raised on turned feet, on a later walnut bracket.
