Viennese regulator signed 'Mayer & Marenzeller in Wien', no 104, duration 1 month, tortoiseshell case, ca. 1830-40.
The extremely flat movement, with all the wheelwork placed on the front, has a duration of 1 month. The Graham anchor and escape wheel is surrounded by a second dial with hand.
The clockwork is regulated by moving the pointer in the silver-plated pedulum disc. Furthermore, the timepiece is equipped with maintaining power, which ensures that the timepiece continues to run during winding. There is a fine adjustment on the crutch at the back to make the movement straight/in balans ticking.
The case is veneered with tortoiseshell and has silver band intarsia-inlay. The bezel, the weight and some parts of the movement are gold plated. HxWxD 41x27.50x12.5 cm. Price on request.
