Description

18.5-cm engraved pewter chapter ring with Roman numerals, brass centre with engraved foliate scrolls signed Rouelle, fine iron single hour hand and engraved brass alarm disc, 30-hour iron and brass posted movement with verge escapement and silk suspended pendulum, rack hour striking and alarm on a bell surmounted by a turned finial, further finals to the corners flanking the engraved front- and plain side frets, iron back and side doors, on a later iron bracket.
