8-day spring driven movement with halh hour countwheel striing on bell, alabaster case, ormolu and steel pendulum.

7.5-cm ormolu chapter ring with Roman numerals, elaborate flower and wheatear bezel and centre, blued Breguet hands, 8-day spring driven movement with anchor escapement and countwheel half hour striking on a bell, contained in the bezel of a finely cast and chiseled ormolu pendulum, knife-edge suspended from a moulded stepped alabaster case supported by two columns, on a moulded plinth with further relief raised on bun feet.
The bronze work of this clock is magnificent and the oscillating pendulum fascinating. A decorative and interesting clock of good size.
