Description
11.5cm enamel dial with Roman numerals signed J Bte Balthazar A Paris and fine pierced gilt hands. 8-day movement with anchor escapament and silk suspended pendulum. Striking the hours and half hours through a countwheel on a bell. The ormolu case surmounted by a cherub on clouds between sun rays, the sides with trailing masks. The whole supported by three cherubs holding flowers. Placed on a step[ped round plinth with the base of a fluted column in the middle. On turned feet.
