The 3.5-cm enamel dial has Roman numerals and is signed for the retailer H. Bosi Firenze. The spade hands are made of blued steel.
The movement is driven by a spring barrel and has eight duration. It is regulated by cylinder escapement in combination with a plain balance.
The gilt brass corniche case has sharply finished mouldings. It is surmounted by a handle and has a beveled glass panel showing the escapement. The back and sides are inset with rare pietra dura panels showing polychrome flowers on a black ground. The original travel case is still with the clock.
